Development on Stonards Hill

Posted by: Epping Society , August 3, 2017

As some of you are aware there is a proposal to demolish 3 houses on Stonards Hill and build sheltered retirement accommodation in their place. In the opinion of the Epping Society this is gross overdevelopment and is severely lacking in parking which will cause overflow into the surrounding area. We wrote and have received the letter below informing us of the intent to discuss the matter at 7.30pm on 9th August at the council office in the high street. The planning officer recommends approval of the application so if this is matters to you please attend the meeting to show your feelings about the application. The full application can be found here http://plan1.eppingforestdc.gov.uk/…/Gener…/StdDetails.aspx… just click on “View Plans and other Documents related to this application” at the bottom of the page
