The photo galleries will accept png, jpg and bmp format. If you have any unique or rare images and do not have access to a scanner please contact us and we will consider scanning them for you

When uploading a photo please check carefully that you are uploading it to the correct gallery and that you name it in an informative manner e.g. Epping Town Festival 7-7-14 showing John Smith submitted by Mrs Smith

The contributor retains the copyright and all associated rights.  Please contact the Epping Society regarding republication, reformatting and distribution of individual images. Wherever possible, names of contributors will be included unless unavailable or declined

By uploading an image to the archive you are deemed to have given the Society permission to publish it on the website and in its publications
